BOXX Technologies has been designing and manufacturing innovative workstation and rendering solutions for VFX, film and television, game development, architecture and engineering, product design, simulation, higher education, government and defense, science, medical and general business industries since 1996. Our mission has always been to deliver tangible value by maximizing the creative potential and productivity of our customers.

Executive Management Team

Rick Krause, President and CEO

Rick joined BOXX in 2001 as president and CEO. He has more than 30 years of experience in the high technology industry with notable companies such as Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems, IBM, and CompuAdd Corporation. Prior to joining BOXX, Mr. Krause was general manager of the U.S. Retail and Banking Systems Division of Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems where he had a direct role in stabilizing the business and establishing a solid foundation for the growth of the Division in North America.

Tim Lawrence, Founder and VP of Engineering and Operations

Mr. Lawrence currently serves as vice president of engineering and operations, responsible for managing system operations, manufacturing and product development. Prior to founding BOXX, Mr. Lawrence was the founder of Cooperative PCs, a personal computer and consultant business specializing in high-performance system design.

Shoaib Mohammad, VP of Marketing and Business Development

Shoaib joined BOXX Technologies in 2008 as Director of Business Development with overall responsibility to help grow BOXX business worldwide through strategic alliances and partner marketing activities. In this role, he also managed BOXX’s International, OEM, and Reseller sales channel. His role eventually expanded to include worldwide marketing, overseeing strategic marketing, product marketing, PR and online marketing.

Martin Cody, VP of Worldwide Sales

Martin manages consultative Enterprise and Inside Sales, focusing on leading customer projects and unique visual application productivity. Relying on his consultative business development skills, Martin has decades of successful sales and executive management experience within leading technology organizations like Oracle, Autodesk, SGI, and Hewlett Packard—as well as being integral to pioneering startup and market entry endeavors.

Thomas Mezger, Controller

Thomas served as CFO for Valence Technology Inc., a NASDAQ listed manufacturer of advanced Li-Ion battery systems with HQ in Austin, Texas. He was also CFO and VP of Operations for Enhanced Messaging System, a wireless networking systems manufacturer headquartered in Southlake, Texas and CFO for Complex Systems, Inc., a Motorola manufacturing subsidiary.
